WHAT THE SITE HAS TO DO

Answer the three questions every guest asks.

Where are you, will my rig fit, and can I book. A campground website that answers those on the first screen, on a phone, turns searchers into bookings. Every site we build starts there: site lengths, hookups, drive times, and one booking button on every page.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What $85 a month includes.

01

Website design for your kind of park

Gateway, destination, roadside, or long term. We start from a layout that already works for parks like yours and fit it to your park, your photos, and your sites.

02

Your booking system, connected

Whatever you run today stays. The site sends guests into it from every page. No switching, no new software to learn.

03

Hosting, updates, and changes

Rates, photos, a new site opening. You send it, we change it. Hosting, security, and speed are handled so you never think about them.

THE PARK MAP

Add the RV park map guests actually use.

Drawn for your park

Site numbers, pull-throughs, lengths, and hookups, drawn properly, so a guest can picture the site before they book it.

On the website and at check in

The same map on your site and printed for the office, so everyone is looking at the same thing when they ask about site 14.

Keep what already works

Already using a booking system you like? Keep it. We build the website and the map around it rather than asking you to change systems.

QUESTIONS

Questions about RV park websites.

How much does an RV park website cost?

$85 a month for a custom RV park website with hosting, updates, and changes included. $150 a month adds your listing kept correct on Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, and dozens of directories, your reviews handled, and your park map. $250 a month adds ongoing search work and seasonal content. No build fee, twelve month minimum, then month to month.

What is included in an RV park website for $85 a month?

A website designed for your kind of park, built to work on a phone, connected to the booking system you already use, and set up correctly for local search. Hosting, security updates, speed, and the changes you send us are included every month. You send a new rate, a photo, or a new site opening, and we change it.

Do I have to change my reservation or booking system?

No. We connect the website to whatever you run today, whether that is Campspot, Newbook, RMS, ResNexus, CampLife, Firefly, or a phone number and a notebook. Every page sends guests into your system with one button. If you do not have a booking system, we will help you pick one that fits the park.

Do you build campground websites, or only RV parks?

Both. RV parks, campgrounds, and RV resorts. The four layouts cover gateway parks near a national park, destination resorts, roadside parks off the interstate, and long-term or seasonal parks, and nearly every campground fits one of them.

How long does it take to build an RV park website?

Most parks are live within a few weeks of the setup call. The pace depends on how quickly we get your photos, site list, rates, and rules. You see the site before it goes live, and changes at that stage are included.

Will my campground website work on a phone?

Yes, and that is the first thing we design for. Most guests find a park on a phone, often on cell data in the middle of nowhere. The site is built to load fast on a weak connection and to answer where you are, whether their rig fits, and how to book, on the first screen.

How do RV parks get found on Google?

Travelers search for the town, the highway, the lake, or the national park, plus "RV park near me," not your park's name. Getting found means a correct Google Business Profile, a website with pages that match those searches, and reviews that keep coming in. Search basics are set up on every website we build, and the Listings + Reviews and Marketing bands do the ongoing work.

What is a Google Business Profile and why does my park need one?

It is the listing that shows your park on Google Maps and in the box at the top of a search, with photos, hours, reviews, and a booking link. For most parks it drives more bookings than the website itself, and most owners never keep it current. In the Listings + Reviews band we set it up correctly and keep it accurate, along with Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, and dozens of other directories.

Do you manage reviews for RV parks and campgrounds?

Yes, in the Listings + Reviews and Marketing bands. Every review is monitored and every one gets an answer, the good ones and the bad ones. The best reviews are shown on your website. Reviews are the single biggest lever on a park's bookings, and they are the job owners most often let slide.

Do you draw RV park maps?

Yes. We draw a map of your park with site numbers, pull-throughs, lengths, and hookups marked, and put it on the website and in a printable version for check in. It is included in the Listings + Reviews and Marketing bands. Maps on their own are handled by our sister company, RV Park Map.

Can you use my existing photos, or do I need new ones?

We start with what you have. Phone photos of the actual sites, the office, and the view are often better than stock images because they are true. If your photos are not enough, we will tell you what to shoot and how, or come and shoot the park ourselves. Photography is part of the Marketing band.

What if my park is seasonal, monthly, or long-term only?

Then the website is written the way someone chooses where to live, not where to spend a weekend: the monthly rate and what it includes, the rules in full, how utilities are billed, and what the community is like. That is one of the four layouts we build from.

Do I own my RV park website and domain?

You do. The site, its source code, the domain, and the content are yours, and if you ever leave you take them with you.

Do you run Google Ads for RV parks?

No. We build the website, the listings, and the search presence that bring guests without paying for every click. If paid ads are the right move for your park, we will say so, but it is not something we sell.

Can I start at $85 and move up later?

Yes, any time. Most parks start on the Website band and add Listings + Reviews once they see the site and the first report. Moving up does not restart the twelve month term.

What happens on the intro call?

Twenty minutes on the phone. We look at your current website, ask how the park actually works, which sites fill first, what guests ask at the office, and what you wish the site did. Then we tell you plainly what we would build and what it costs. No pitch, and you are free to say no.

Can ChatGPT and Google AI find my RV park?

Only if what they can read about your park is clear and consistent. Plain-language pages and structured data are built into every site we make, and the Listings + Reviews band keeps your facts identical everywhere and your reviews answered, which is what AI assistants rely on. How we get RV parks found by AI, which the trade calls answer engine optimization, or AEO.

Do you work with parks outside Idaho?

Yes. We build RV park and campground websites for parks anywhere in the United States. Everything is done by phone, email, and the photos you send, and we are in the Mountain time zone.
